Video Transcript - View and edit Notes and Change History

Screen 1: Title screen
Welcome to the video help series for the Energy Rating Product Registration System.

In this video, we are going to show you how to view and edit the Notes and Change History section of your application.

Screen 2: Overview
We begin on the Overview page of the application.

To access the Notes and Change History, we select the notebook icon from the application tabs.

Screen 3: Notes & Change History
This is the Notes & Change History page. On this page, we can see a record of all the actions and comments that have been made in the application. We can communicate directly with the Technical Assessment Officer reviewing the application and add additional information or files.

If we want to add a note for the Technical Assessment Officer, we just enter our note into this text box.

If we want to add a file, we select the “Attach File” link, select the “Choose File” button, locate our document and select “Open” to attach it to the message.

If we want to add another file, we simply select the “Add another file” link below and repeat this process. You can add up to three files at a time.

Once we’re done, we select the “Add Note/Files” button and our note and our file will be saved.

If we look down into the Change History section, we can see that our note and our file have been recorded.

The Technical Assessment Officer assigned to this application will use the Notes & Change History section to communicate with you if there are any issues with the application. It’s important to check the Notes & Change History section regularly during the application process for any communications regarding your application.

And that’s how you view or edit the Notes and Change History section in your application.

Screen 4: Help section
For further assistance with using the registration system, select the “Help” tab at the top of any page to go to our handy Help section, where you can find more videos and step-by-step guides to help you navigate any aspect of the system.
