Screen 1: Title screen
Welcome to the video help series for the Energy Rating Product Registration System.

In this video, we are going to show you how to complete the Registration Type page of your product’s application form.

Screen 2: Registration Type
The Registration Type page is the first page we see on our application form.

On this page, we choose the type of product we want to register, the country we want to register the product in, and the Determination or Standard we want to register the product against.

From the drop-down menu under ‘What type of product do you want to register?’ we select our product. We cannot change the type of product once we save the page, so it’s important we select the correct product now.

We then select the country we are registering this product in and the Determination or Standard we’re registering the product against.

Depending on the product we’ve chosen, there may be additional questions we need to answer. These next two questions are just examples of some of these additional questions we might see for some products.

For the question, “Single model or a family of models?” we select an option from the dropdown menu to indicate if we are registering a single model or a family of models.

Under “What is this application for?”, we select an option to indicate what energy rating label we’re registering the product for – a standard label, which has up to 6 stars, or a super-efficient label, which has up to 10 stars.

We then select the “Save and Continue” button to save our page and move on to the next page of the application form.

And that’s how you complete the Registration Type page of the application form.
