Video Transcript - Manage My Applicants

Screen 1: Title screen
Welcome to the video help series for the Energy Rating Product Registration System.

In this video, we are going to show you how to manage your applicants.

Screen 2: Dashboard
Let’s begin on our Dashboard page.

We select the “Account Management” tab from the toolbar at the top of the page.

Screen 3: Account Management
On the Account Management page, we can see there is a table with six tabs at the top.

Let’s select the My Applicants tab.

Screen 4: My Applicants
This is the My Applicants page. This page lists all of our applicants, both those that we have joined and those that we have created.

If we look at the table, we can see the name of the applicant organisation, our role in that applicant’s account, the status of our membership within the applicant account and the status of the applicant account itself.

If we want to create a new applicant or join an applicant from this page, we select the “Join an applicant” button at the bottom of the page. Further instructions on how to create or join an applicant are available in our Help section.

If we want to remove our membership from the applicant, we select the “Remove membership” link next to the applicant.

Screen 5: Remove Applicant Membership
We now need to confirm if we want to remove ourselves from this applicant.

To confirm that we do, we tick the box next to the delete confirmation.

Then we select the “Delete Membership” button.

Our membership in the applicant has now been removed and the applicant no longer appears on our My Applicants page.

If you are the only Authorising Officer in an applicant, you cannot remove your membership from an applicant until you nominate another Authorising Officer for that applicant. Please see our Help section for further instructions on adding or removing Authorised Officers.

For further assistance with using the registration system, select the “Help” tab at the top of any page to go to our handy Help section, where you can find more videos and step-by-step guides to help you navigate any aspect of the system.
