Video Transcript - Edit an Application

Screen 1: Title screen
Welcome to the video help series for the Energy Rating Product Registration System.

In this video, we are going to show you how to edit an application.


Screen 2: Dashboard
Let’s begin on our Dashboard page.

We select the “Applications/Registrations” tab on the toolbar.


Screen 3: Manage Applications/Registrations
On this page, we locate the application we wish to edit.

Only applications in Draft and Returned status can be edited. Renewal applications can also be edited, but only to pay the renewal fee. We will cover renewal applications in a separate video.

We find our draft or returned application and we select the “View/Edit” button next to it.


Screen 4: Registration Overview
We can now see the Overview page of our application.

To edit our application, we select the “Edit Application” tab at the top of the application or the “Edit Registration” button in the Actions box on the right hand side.


Screen 5: Registration Type
We can now edit our application. We simply select the page we want to edit from the list of pages on the left hand side.

After we’ve finished editing a page, we select the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to save our changes and check for errors.

We then select the “Save and Continue” button to save our changes and move on to the next page to continue editing our application.


Screen 6: Submit
Once we have finished editing our application, and we have paid the registration fee, if required, we go to the Summary & Submission page and select the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to send our application to the Regulator.

And that’s how you edit your application.

Screen 7: Help section
For further assistance with using the registration system, select the “Help” tab at the top of any page to go to our handy Help section, where you can find more videos and step-by-step guides to help you navigate any aspect of the system.
